Photography Course, one world college

Sri Lanka’s streets bustle with life, replete with colours and sounds. They offer multi-sensorial experiences and fleeting impressions, one of which has been compellingly captured here. Here, the photographer has recorded an otherwise unnoticed conversation between strangers; freezing it in the moment, the blurriness of the image highlights its elusiveness. As a public space, the street is where spontaneous encounters occur, inviting people to interact and converse at any time of the day, no matter how high the temperatures.
