Contractual language, applicable law, place of jurisdiction
1.1. The contractual, ordering and business language is exclusively German. Should one world cooperation (owc) communicate with the customer in another language, this shall be done exclusively accommodatingly and for reasons of information; however, only the German text shall be legally binding, this shall also apply in particular if other possible interpretations result from the text translated into another language.
1.2. The legal transaction between one world cooperation (owc) and the customer concluded via the web store shall be governed exclusively by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the conflict of laws provisions.
1.3. If the customer is an entrepreneur as defined by the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB), the court with subject-matter jurisdiction for 1010 Vienna shall have exclusive jurisdiction for actions against gas one world cooperation (owc). However, one world cooperation (owc) is further entitled to sue the customer (i.e. entrepreneur as defined by the Austrian Commercial Code) at the customer's general place of jurisdiction or any other place of choice.
