Collection, Processing, Use and Disclosure of Personal Data
Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us voluntarily for the purpose of contract processing or when registering for our e-mail newsletter. The personal data provided on this occasion will be used for the execution of the contract as well as for processing your inquiries.
We also use your e-mail address for our own advertising purposes, provided you have expressly consented to this. You can revoke your consent to the use of your e-mail address for advertising purposes at any time with effect for the future.
The order processing takes place via a service provider. We share your data with the service provider solely for the purpose of processing your online order.
We pass on your data to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as part of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. After complete processing of the contract, your data will be blocked with regard to tax and commercial law retention periods and deleted after expiry of these periods, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data.
Contact Form
On our website you can enter personal data via a contact form. When you use the contact form, we collect and store the data you enter in the input mask (e.g. last name, first name, e-mail address). Data will not be passed on to third parties. The legal basis for the processing in the case of consent is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DS-GVO. If your request serves the preparation of a contract conclusion, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GVO is the additional legal basis.
We use the data exclusively to process and respond to your inquiry.
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by sending an e-mail message (office@owf.at) without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. Likewise, you can object in the same way to the use of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. In the event of an objection, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purpose of direct advertising. Newsletter
On our website you can subscribe to a newsletter. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect and store the data you enter in the input mask (e.g. e-mail address). A transfer to third parties does not take place.
The subscription to the newsletter is only possible with your consent. Legal basis for the processing Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DS-GVO. We use the data exclusively for sending newsletters.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail notification (office@owf.at), without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the withdrawal.
Likewise, you can object in the same way to the use of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. In case of objection, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purpose of direct marketing. Your Rights
You have the following legal rights against us regarding the personal data concerning you:
- Right of access: You have the right to request confirmation as to whether we are processing personal data relating to you. If this is the case, you have the right to obtain information about this personal data as well as further information, e.g. the purposes of processing, the recipients and the planned duration of storage or the criteria for determining the duration.
- Right to rectification and completion: You have the right to request rectification of inaccurate data without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): You have a right to erasure insofar as the processing is no longer necessary. This is the case, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the original purposes, you have revoked your declaration of consent under data protection law or the data was processed unlawfully.
- Right to restrict processing: You have a right to restrict processing, e.g. if you believe that the personal data is inaccurate.
- Right to data portability: You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format. Right to object You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of certain personal data concerning you. In the event of direct marketing, you as the data subject have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of such marketing; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is related to such direct marketing.
- Right to revoke your consent under data protection law: You may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place until the revocation. In addition, you can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time, for example if you believe that the data processing is not in compliance with data protection regulations.

Storage Duration
We process and store your data only for as long as is necessary for processing or to comply with legal obligations. After the purpose of processing no longer applies, your data will be blocked or deleted. If there are additional legal obligations for storage, we will block or delete your data upon expiration of the legal storage periods.
