At sri lanka photo collective, we want to ensure that you have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. This includes providing transparent information about our shipping process and policies. Please read the following details carefully:

Shipping Method and Costs

We currently offer standard shipping within Europe. Your order will be shipped within the estimated delivery time by WhiteWall, the photo lab which prints, mounts and frames your prints. For overseas shipping please contact our customer support team at one world foundation. We will assist you in your overseas shipping: office@owf.at

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs within Europe amount to EUR 29 per delivery. You will see the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Art-Secure Packaging

Your photo is checked by hand, given a protective cover and placed in art-secure packaging. Shipping is a matter of trust: WhiteWall passes your photo to the art shipping professionals straight from the laboratory.

Order Processing Time

WhiteWall strives to process and prepare your order for shipment within 10-14 business days (Mon-Fri).

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the customer support team at one world foundation as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution.
