Refund Policy

Withdrawal from the Contract (this right of withdrawal applies only to consumers!)

1. If the customer is a consumer (as defined by the Consumer Protection Act), he has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with one world cooperation (owc) via the webshop within fourteen days without stating reasons. The goods sold by OWC via the web store are predominantly individual special products that are manufactured according to customer specifications. The right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
2. The withdrawal period is fourteen days and begins:

- in the case of a purchase contract, on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer (this does not include the carrier) takes possession of the ordered product;

- if the customer has ordered several products as part of a single order, which are delivered separately, on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer (this is not to be understood as the carrier) takes possession of the last product;

- in the case of delivery of goods in several partial consignments, on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer (this does not include the carrier) takes possession of the last partial consignment or the last piece;

1. The customer may exercise his right of withdrawal by means of a clear declaration informing one world cooperation (owc) of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

1. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the customer sends the declaration on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period (see point 7.2.).
2. If the customer withdraws from the contract, one world cooperation (owc) will reimburse the customer for any payments already made without delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

This refund includes the gross price paid by the customer for the product, including the delivery costs for transporting the product to the customer. Any additional costs resulting from the fact that the customer has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by one world cooperation (owc) (e.g. express delivery) will not be refunded.

Repayment may be refused by one world cooperation (owc) until one world cooperation (owc) has received the product back or until the customer provides proof that he/she has returned the product (whichever is earlier).

If the customer withdraws from the contract, he is obligated to return the received product to one world cooperation (owc) immediately, at the latest, however, within 14 days from the submission of the declaration of withdrawal (unless one world cooperation (owc) has offered the customer in writing to collect the goods himself). This return period is met if the product is dispatched within the period.
2. The direct costs of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.
